Production and delivery are separate
Printing happens before the carrier journey begins. The product, print provider, destination, stock and seasonal workload can affect both stages. Use the current product and checkout information when ordering; a general estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges depend on the items, delivery address and available service. Review the shipping options and final charge at checkout before paying.
International delivery
Destination availability varies by product and shipping service. Customs processing can add time. Review any duties or import-tax information shown at checkout; additional destination charges may apply. We do not promise one delivery window for every country.
Tracking your order
Keep your order confirmation. Once tracking becomes available, use the shipment information on your order-status page. A shipping label does not by itself mean the carrier has received the parcel.
Check your delivery address
Check your address, color and size before paying. If you spot an error afterward, contact us promptly. A change may no longer be possible once the order is in production or with the carrier.
Delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders
Contact us with your order number and the issue. Include photos for a damaged or misprinted item. See the Returns & Refunds policy for the applicable deadlines and remedies.
